We are extremely passionate about pasture management and utilize holistic grazing techniques to reduce soil erosion, improve soil health, and build long lived soil carbon. Our cattle are moved daily (sometimes even  multiple times a day) to a fresh “salad bar” and are NEVER fed grain or administered antibiotics or hormones. We raise a variety of breeds consisting of Angus, South Poll, Senepol, Hereford, and Gelbvieh genetics which are performing well in our climate and management system. Our focus is on genetics that can thrive in a low input, grass only system and that also results in good carcass quality and an enjoyable eating experience.

We offer quarter, half or whole beef shares with the plan to offer individual beef cuts in the future. We understand ordering this way is not your normal grocery store experience, but this method not only helps us as farmers, but also ensures your freezer is stocked for many meals. We are happy to chat with you and explain the order process and what quantity of meat you would expect to receive. 

Our birds are raised in moveable chicken tractors and are moved daily on fresh pasture, where they can forage for insects, enjoy fresh air, and soak in the sunshine. We also supplement their diet with certified organic soy-free feed which provides them with a healthy and balanced diet. Our pasture raised broilers are truly a perfect choice for those who value quality, flavor, and the highest standards of animal welfare.

Beef tallow lotion, hand crafted soap, eggs, woodland raised pork and produce are available seasonally. Everything is grown and produced by us, so we appreciate our customers understanding that those products are limited availability. Just ask and we can let you know what we have to offer each month!
